Kim Victoria Cattrall (born August 21 1956) is a British-Canadian actress famous for her character as Samantha Jones in the HBO show Sex and the City for which she earned five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations winning the 2002 Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. In 2008 and 2010, she reprised the character in the two films Sex and the City and Sex and the City 2. In the 80s her role was one of the leading in Police Academy Big Trouble Little China Mannequin and Porky's. Kim Cattrall is most often linked to her cult HBO sitcom Sex & the City, in which she portrayed Samantha Jones. The role of Samantha Jones played by noted actress Cattrall was an important point for her career. The film was not just an immediate hit for the public within her country of birth however, it made her an international star. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. The most well-known role she played was her role in comedy film La Dolce Vita. In 1960, the film won an Oscar along with the Golden Palm by the Cannes Film Festival. The film also enjoyed commercial and critical success. Before beginning her acting profession she was a Swedish fashion model. She was named Miss Sweden. When she moved to the US she started acting in several movies, in small parts. In the movie Abbott and Costello Go to Mars she was credited as a Venusian. She soon won the Golden Globe award in the Most Promising Newcomer category after being featured in the movie Blood Alley.
